Job Title: Personal Secretary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle confidential information, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Coordinate events and manage task priorities effectively.
Experiences-3 Years in Qatar and working in a similar role
Salary-5000 QR
Contractual Job-6 Months Extendable
