  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate and further the achievements of planned business goals
  • Market intelligence – researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights for existing products with regular field work. Present feasibility report for new products
  • Work closely with sales team to understand market trends and needs, equip them to effectively engage with customers. Support sales as needed, including customer presentations, Market/Competitive information, Market insights etc.,
  • Develop annual marketing and sales budget and participate in annual planning process.
  • Develop annual marketing plans, 4P marketing strategies and integrate brand plans with BU Heads, execute and monitor implementation
  • Develop valuable and engaging content for sales and marketing team.
  • Manage product life cycle.
  • Maintain key customer and opinion leader contact to maximize product performance in the respective therapeutic fields and support current and future objectives
  • Identify and recommend New Business Opportunities and innovative approaches.
  • Travel widely to work in field with sales and marketing team all across UAE & GCC as & when required for identifying opportunities and gaining market intelligence
  • Motivating the field force through interactive programs and incentives that help in better implementation of strategies leading to achievement of brand goals
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
  • Be in charge of marketing and sales budget and allocate/invest funds wisely
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Monitoring inventory levels at warehouses including liaison with planning department to ensure supply timelines
  • Build cohesive sales & marketing team. Maintain & improve product knowledge of sales force & continually update product knowledge, competitors & therapeutic area Coach and develop product managers for higher responsibilities
  • Monitoring sales performance of the team.
