Full job description

• Assist other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management
• Maintain all tools of the position including specialty glass polishing clothes
• Assume 100% responsibility for the cleanliness of dishware, silverware and glassware
• Smooth surfaces of items
• Polish items by hand or with various tools
• Look for inconsistencies or potential safety issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skill Required:

• Polishing experience in the industry strongly preferred
• Able to work under general supervision and follow instructions
• Knowledge of safe chemical and equipment handling required
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
