Procurement Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement processes and ensure effective document control. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement coordination and a strong background in document management. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in procurement coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience in document control and management practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software with SAP Experience is more preferred.
