Procurement Coordinator / Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Coordinator to manage procurement processes and ensure effective document control. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement coordination and a strong background in document management. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in procurement coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in document control and management practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software with SAP Experience is more preferred.
