Job Profile:
- Ensure that a project is completed on time and will deliver solutions that meet both customers’ requirements and our commitments.
- Contribute to internal and external customer satisfaction which is key for business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive the project to ensure customer satisfaction by meeting deadlines, quality specifications and project profitability, and lead customer interactions for the project.
- Deliver solutions that are cost effective, easy to operate and generate value.
- Provide visibility of the project progress, obtain the necessary resources and identify and resolve issues; and manage the financial aspects of projects including costs and revenue.
- Manage project risks and related action plans.
- Manage change requests and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain communications with stakeholders and the project organization: Solution Manager, Project Delivery team, Technical Leaders, Support & Maintenance team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 7 years’ experience in project management (specification, design and team), in the software development or service operation industry.
- Certified in PMI/PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner.
- Previous experience as Engineer or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or computer engineering.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Able to learn our product and service offers’ use cases and eco-systems and understand how our solutions work and how they are delivered; and able to manage scope and requirements autonomously, build a project plan, monitor the project status, manage the customer relationship and project costs and use Microsoft Project.
- Good organizational, analytical and communication skills; who is a problem-solver and team-builder, able to inspire a shared vision and delegate tasks with a high level of integrity, able to work in a fast-paced environment; who is quick learner and self-starter.
- Able to travel in case needed.
