Property Lease Administrator/ Receptionist (Urgent Hiring)

Minimum 3 years experience in the related field.

The Lease Administrator / Receptionist ensures efficiency of the Leasing Department projects.

  • Greet and welcome Clients /guests in an accommodating manner
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Attend leasing enquiries and organize viewing and site visit schedules
  • Monitoring all the phases of leasing process, from lease inquiry, proposal, negotiation, data collection and coordination, approval, payment and document execution within due dates.
  • Create and maintain system of tracking expiration dates of leases. Tracking of all changes or adjustments necessary to lease documents received. (Amendments, Addendums, etc.).
  • Serve as liaison between Landlord and Tenant with regard to each party’s compliance with all provisions of the lease.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining information for occupancy reports, lease expiration reports, space availability reports, and various other reports as requested.
  • Review the tenant move-ins and move-out via Property Management department and ensure lease provisions are followed

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
