The Property Supervisor is responsible for managing the operations of a group of properties described as a “portfolio.” The jobholder will ensure properties meet occupancy and financial goals, are managed according to budget, and are leased professionally. S/he is responsible for addressing the day-to-day operating issues of the portfolio and decisions thereof, except where procedures require otherwise.

Ability to work with diverse populations Ability to communicate vision, mission and goals through operation of portfolio Ability to exercise independent judgment Strategic view of property management Great attention to detail Excellent negotiating, organization and planning skills Knowledge of landlord-resident laws and procedures Knowledge of building maintenance systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
