· Create and maintain lease agreements for tenants as per the standard required

· Maintaining tenant legal document renewal updates

· Maintaining a healthy supportive relationship with tenants and clients

· Monthly Lease Agreement Report for all properties managed by the company

· Ensure Customer Satisfaction is high by ensuring quick response

· Site Visit for properties.

· Following up on inspection prior to and post tenant moving

· Responsible for all lease renewals and notifying of tenants

· Qualification: Previous experience in the field

· QID/ NOC Required

• Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
