Purchase Assistant 

Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions with company policies.
  • Communicate with vendors to track deliveries and resolve any issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the supplier to obtain price quotes, negotiation terms and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records, including order confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
  • Assist in managing supplier relationships to ensure reliable delivery of quality products.
  • Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduation with 2-3 years experience in same field
  • Experience in Construction and Building materials contracting.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
