Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions with company policies.
- Communicate with vendors to track deliveries and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate and communicate with the supplier to obtain price quotes, negotiation terms and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, including order confirmations, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in managing supplier relationships to ensure reliable delivery of quality products.
- Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking to prevent shortages.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy.
- Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduation with 2-3 years experience in same field
- Experience in Construction and Building materials contracting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
