We are looking for a qualified Quality & Hygienic Officer to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards across our hotel.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Public Health, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, GMP & Dubai Municipality regulations
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
