– Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements.

– Presenting to potential clients and conduct viewings

– Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM.

– Negotiate contracts and facilitate the closing process.

– Stay updated on market trends and property values.

– Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
