Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or relationship management in the UAE.
• Strong network of active brokerage agencies and real estate professionals in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and trends.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driver’s license is preferred.
