About the Role:
Proflex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with proven experience in the UAE market. If you have a passion for property, a strong sales record, and excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client network.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
  • Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction closures.
  • Stay updated with local property market trends and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
