About the Role:
Proflex is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Agent with proven experience in the UAE market. If you have a passion for property, a strong sales record, and excellent negotiation skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and maintain a strong client network.
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process.
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transaction closures.
- Stay updated with local property market trends and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
