Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in a welcoming and professional manner
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and organize the clinic’s calendar
- Provide information about wellness services and programs offered at the clinic
- Assist with client check-ins, including form completion and updating records
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean and inviting
- Handle billing, payment processing, and insurance verification as needed
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operation and enhance client experience
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a wellness clinic or similar environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars
- Proficient with computer software and electronic health records
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
