  • Guest Reception & Information

Welcome all visitors with a courteous greeting, answer enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate course or instructor.

  • Reservations & Payment Processing

Create bookings in our user‑friendly system, confirm details, and securely process cash or card payments.

  • Accurate Data Entry

Enter and update customer profiles, booking details, and transaction records in the CRM and Excel logs, ensuring all information is complete and error‑free.

  • Certification & Documentation

Prepare and file PADI certification paperwork, print course‑completion certificates, and maintain organised digital archives for easy retrieval.

  • Media Management (Photos & Videos)

Download, back‑up, and deliver guests’ dive photos and videos—either via cloud links or USB—ensuring timely, high‑quality transfers.

  • Daily Schedule Coordination

Liaise with instructors, boat crews, and transport partners to keep each day’s timetable accurate and up to date.

  • Front‑Desk Administration

Maintain orderly digital records (waivers, medical forms, receipts) and keep the reception area neat and well‑stocked with brochures.

  • Product Promotion & Upselling

Inform guests about add‑ons—such as photo packages, advanced courses, or equipment deals—to enhance their experience.

  • Issue Resolution & Service Recovery

Address guest questions or concerns promptly, escalating to the appropriate team member when necessary.
