Key Responsibilities
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notify company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Inform visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Operate office telecommunication system to transfer incoming call to appropriate staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulation
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Perform other general duties related to the position as directed by the Administration Officer
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Qualification with minimum 1 year of job related experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with no prior job related experience
- A brilliant multi-tasker.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Good English language – oral and written skill required.
- Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage.
