Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist front office staff in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Assist in staff training and scheduling to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-2 years UAE experience must.
- Language: Arabic (Must)
- Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.
