Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist front office staff in delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Assist in staff training and scheduling to ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor room availability and coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years UAE experience must.
  • Language: Arabic (Must)
  • Proven experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
