Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team documentation. This role encompasses a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, with a strong focus on documentation management. The ideal candidate will be proficient in office software, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain dental supplies and equipment.
- Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming reception area.
- Documentation Management:
- Organize, maintain, and update electronic and physical files.
- Create and maintain document templates and filing systems.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of processes and procedures.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Data Entry:
- Input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- General Office Support:
- Provide support to other dental nurse members as needed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Dental Clinic Experience.
- Basic knowledge on ICT and CDT code
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NABIDH documentation.
- Knowledge on dental procedures and equipment.
