A person responsible for providing various kinds of administrative assistance, well versed with handling the documentation & front desk as well.

  • Supports an administrative professional to help them stay organized and complete tasks that allow executives to focus on more advanced responsibilities
  • Handles general office tasks and administrative duties, such as directing communications between colleagues and customers, organizing schedules and events, entering data, bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment and so on.
  • Provides administrative support to managers, executives, and other staff members in various organisations. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing files, preparing documents, managing databases, and handling correspondence.
  • Must have good knowledge of travel arrangements & help with minutes of meeting.
  • Well versed with CRM and the implementation of correct details on the portals. Communicating the clients , reciprocating the clients through emails or Calls.
  • Managing the reception area of an organization, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, handling inquiries, directing clients or guests to appropriate personnel or departments, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Must be fluent in English
