We are looking for a receptionist cum admin assit for an Interior fitout company in Dubai. Language English

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the reception area, and welcoming clients.
  • Responsible for writing, editing, and updating listings to emphasize the home’s features and key selling points.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Managing client leads, databases, and inquiries.
  • Vendor bill entries
  • Assist accounts and projects

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of interior fitout processes, materials, and terminology is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
