We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused Salon Secretary to manage front-desk operations, support the salon team, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication, scheduling, and administrative skills with a touch of elegance and professionalism. — Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and manage appointment bookings Maintain an organized schedule for stylists and therapists Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and record-keeping Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records Manage salon inventory, supplies, and coordinate with vendors Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials Assist in marketing and promotions by managing social media messages or basic updates Support team with client follow-ups and appointment reminders Handle client complaints or concerns with discretion and professionalism — Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist, secretary, or customer service role (preferably in a salon/spa environment) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred) Professional appearance and a friendly attitude Familiarity with salon software or booking systems (training can be provided) Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
