Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll, with experience in fast-paced and professional work environments. This role requires the ability to work under pressure while effectively managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs, source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR policies, assist in resolving employee concerns, and promote engagement initiatives.
  • Aid in payroll processing for accuracy and compliance while maintaining employee records.
  • Manage recruitment databases, track metrics, and prepare reports on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Work with HR team members to achieve departmental objectives and participate in HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR software.
