As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Identify new sales opportunities, monitor market trends, and maximize revenue through lead development and customer engagement.
- Ensure optimal occupancy and room rates by analysing seasonal and historical trends while maintaining competitive awareness.
- Oversee reservation processes, including daily reports, customer satisfaction monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Provide leadership, training, and supervision to the Reservation team, ensuring adherence to department policies and performance goals.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other departments to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Maintain reservation systems, ensuring accurate bookings, rates, and account tracking for seamless hotel operations.
As a Reservations Supervisor, we expect from you:
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in Reservations and 1 year in supervisory role; previous work experience in Reservations or Front Office in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Previous experience working in the GCC, with prior hotel pre-opening experience preferred.
- Good knowledge on computer systems (i.e. MS Office applications) and prior experience with PMS system.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Effective communicator with leadership abilities, capable of motivating teams and understanding guest needs.
