Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, fostering a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations to maintain stock and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Analyze financial reports, optimize profitability, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement initiatives that attract and retain customers.
- Address customer feedback and maintain high standards of service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
- Proficient in using restaurant management and financial software.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
