Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about the restaurant.
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Monitor dining room flow and adjust seating arrangements as needed.
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve any seating or service concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess stand and entrance area.
- Uphold restaurant policies and ensure guests adhere to dining protocols.
- Assist with special events and accommodate VIP guests when necessary.
- Handle takeout orders and process payments if required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
