Job Title: Fine Dining Restaurant Service Supervisor

Monthly Salary: QAR 3,500++

++ FREE Duty Meal, Shared Accommodation and Transportation to and from work

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant’s service team. The Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless service delivery, upholding impeccable standards, and maintaining a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and manage the service team, ensuring adherence to service standards, proper etiquette, and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Manage daily service shifts, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adequate staffing levels.
  • Interact with guests professionally and courteously, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest interaction.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to established standards, addressing any inconsistencies or issues promptly.
  • Oversee inventory levels for linens, silverware, glassware, and other service supplies, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing waste.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the service team and the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Below 28 years old
  • Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure and multitask, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wine and beverage pairings, food safety regulations, and restaurant operations.
