Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple stores across specific regions, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets, customer service standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize store performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop Store Managers and store staff to enhance their skills and foster a customer-centric, results-driven culture.
- Drive sales growth by analyzing store performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure that stores provide exceptional customer service, delivering The Body Shop’s unique brand experience.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to maintain optimal inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and execute visual merchandising plans.
- Monitor product assortment and make recommendations for product mix adjustments based on sales trends and customer feedback.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail senior management experience, preferably in a multi-store environment.
- Proven ability to drive sales, achieve targets, and maximize profitability.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a passion for coaching and development.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
