Purpose of the Job

Retail Outlet Executive considers as Company ambassador as he/she must ensure the highest customer service standards, reinforce a positive customer relationship, and become the customer’s trusted advisor in accordance with Aramex values.

Job Description

  • Attend to all walk-in customers’ needs promptly.
  • Serve walk-in customers and provide full information and advice.
  • Manage and meet customer expectations.
  • Sustain high customer satisfactory service lever.
  • Provide excellent customer service for cash clients as per Aramex CS standards.
  • Sell cash shipments “Outbound”.
  • Attending to cash customers and fulfil their requirements, solve their problem, follow up their cases and update them.
  • Promote Aramex campaigns for customers.
  • Collaborate with the team of achieve the team objectives.
  • Facilitate the flow of information horizontally and vertically.
  • Ensure outlet customer satisfaction at all time.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complain to retain customers.

Job Responsibilities – Experience and Education

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience as driver, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.
