Analyzing the situation of customers in the context of the files for which we are responsible and taking the necessary actions.
Taking charge of the processing of mail returns in the broad sense (customer responses, mail returned by post, etc.).
Ensuring the proper execution of all administrative and/or operational tasks necessary for the proper functioning of the service.
Provide day-to-day banking support to the team.
Job Profile
Bachelors Degree
Previous experience in the financial sector will be considered an asset.
