Roadshow Sales Agent

Key Accountabilities

  • Sales/Upselling/Telecom services (such as Bill Payments/MNMI/SIM swap/other requests and enquiries)
  • Ensure customer is served duly and maintain the best customer experience
  • Timely activation of the desired plan and service and follow up internally with other stake holders should there be any such requirement at any time
  • Collecting, verifying and validating (from the original) of customer documents and ensuring the safety and confidentiality of customer documents and information
  • In Enterprise premises in UAE (Gov./LE/SME), Business Centers, roadshow locations and specific customer locations assigned by du
  • Maintain the best “Look and Feel” of the roadshow
  • IT and equipment security and safety
  • Ensure updated and efficient information are recorded
  • To ensure work processes and methods are applied in a seamless manner to achieve desired customer experience goals and through which individual monthly sales targets should be met

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Business administration

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales field
