You will handle subscription requests as well as manage auto and home insurance contracts for individuals. Your mission will consist of:

• Identify and analyze customer needs in order to respond effectively and reliably to their request,
• Keep the client informed of developments in their file,
• Carry out the various operational tasks necessary for the proper monitoring of the client file,
• Manage auto and home insurance contracts.

Job Profile

• You have initial professional experience in the insurance industry;
• You must be fluent in French and English. Any other language will be considered an asset;
• You have excellent writing skills, a critical and analytical mind, decision-making and synthesis skills;
