We are looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and multi-tasking Sales and Import Coordinator who can join our Team immediately. (Immediate Joiners only)
Job responsibilities:
1. Prepare, organize, and manage presentations and reports
2. Follow up and coordinate the day-to-day activities of sales and marketing with all retailers
3. Monthly MIS report
4. Prepare quote sheets and process orders for punching and billing.
5. E-commerce item creation and coordination with e-commerce retailers
6. Back-end follow-up for sales and Import.
7. Prepared and reviewed import documentation to ensure compliance with local and international regulations for Toycity in Dubai.
8.Work closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to optimize shipping routes and ensure timely deliveries.
9. Addressed and resolved issues related to shipping, customs, or logistics to streamline import processes.
Qualification:
1. Proficient in Advanced MS Excel. Excellent computer skills and speed.
2. A team player with sufficient skills and experience in coordinating activities within a team
3. Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
4. A bachelor’s or any equivalent or higher degree is preferred
5. Preferably with a driving license
6. Knowledge of the SABER platform for importing products in KSA will be an added advantage.
Your day starts with reporting to the sales manager the activities planned for the day and ends with reporting to the sales manager the status updates of all the day’s activities.
The main distribution operation is based on Saudi Arabia, and you have to coordinate all activities from the HQ based in the UAE. At times, you might be expected to travel to Saudi Arabia for a short term.
