We are a landscaping company seeking a dynamic Sales & Key Account Professional to drive sales and manage key accounts for our Landscape Maintenance Division. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and renewing Annual Maintenance Contracts with our existing clients (AMCs) especially focusing on interior landscape maintenance contracts .

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for landscape maintenance services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close AMC deals.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to tailor service offerings.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in landscape maintenance or facility management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• A Valid UAE driving license is mandatory for the position
