This is a permanent full-time role where you are required to work a rotating roster over a two week period. Early mornings and evening shifts are part of the roster.

Flexibility with hours of work is important as our stores are open for long periods. It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.

• Achievement of individual and House sales targets on a weekly basis
• Consistently exceeding customer service excellence as per expectations
• up-sell to all customers wherever possible
• Assist with stock maintenance, including restocking shelves as required
• Execution of product launches & product promotions
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required
• Practice good housekeeping in accordance with policy and procedures
• Processing online order
• preparing Microsoft excel sheet
• Ability to work independently when required
• High level of attention to detail
• Expert product knowledge of relevant Fragrance and cosmetic brands as well as other beauty products
