Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and wrap simple to medium flower bouquets.
• Assist customers in choosing flowers and plants.
• Maintain accurate cash handling.
• Keep displays fresh, clean, and well-stocked.
• Water and care for plants and floral arrangements.
• Unpack stock and help with deliveries as needed.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of flowers and indoor/outdoor plants.
• Able to work on weekends and during busy seasons.
• Good attention to detail, especially when handling cash or making bouquets.

Preferred Qualification:

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Prior experience in retail, floristry, or horticulture is a plus.
