We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Metropolitan Capital Real Estate in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local property market, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, guiding them through the entire process from inquiry to transaction completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Property Listings: Market and promote properties, both residential and commercial, through various channels such as online platforms, social media, and networking.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with the latest trends in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including property values, new developments, and competitor activity.
- Showings and Viewings: Arrange property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants, providing them with detailed information on available properties.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcome for both parties.
- Transaction Support: Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
- Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary paperwork, including contracts, offers, and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Networking: Develop a broad network of contacts in the real estate industry, including developers, property owners, investors, and other agents.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, prices, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Highly motivated, with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (preferred).
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in real estate, business, or a related field is preferred).
