How you qualify for the job:
- Industry awareness and PPG capability knowledge to understand priorities and find the right people and information to follow-up.
- General business acumen to understand jargon and requirements of Sales People and Teams
- Influencing and relational skills necessary to build relationships with direct colleagues, teams, peers and management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to become a valuable part of the Sales and larger Marine Team.
- Fast learner to grow in the role and boost productivity of the Sales Team
- Resilience to deal with peak demand and the fast pace of the business
