The Role

  • Organization of work and management of the sales department. Reporting in AMO-CRM and data analysis. – Achieving key sales indicators. – If necessary, personal selling. – Employee training. Interaction with related departments of the studio.

Requirements
Experience in creating and managing a sales department; Building a motivation system, conducting trainings. Ability to work in a changing market. Structural thinking. Experience working with high checks and understanding the specifics of such a client. Knowledge of English. Self-organization, creativity, flexibility, initiative, reliability, sense of humor and self-irony.
