Key Responsibilities:
- Quotation & RFQ Management:
- Prepare and manage quotations and RFQs
- Inquire about product prices and negotiate with suppliers
- Arrange materials for timely deliveries
- Oversee invoicing, bill entry, and follow-ups with customers regarding quotes and payments
- E-commerce Operations:
- Develop and manage website content and product listings
- Utilize platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Labs, Sharaf DG, and Carrefour seller portals (preferably)
- Optimize product visibility and ensure consistent branding across e-commerce channels
- Digital Marketing & Advertising:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Technical & Computer Proficiency:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant tools
- E-commerce & Website Development: (preferable)
- Experience with website development platforms (e.g., WooCommerce)
- Ability to understand website design principles and effective product listing strategies
- Digital Marketing Expertise: (preferable)
- Practical experience with various digital advertising campaigns and tools
- Familiarity with e-commerce sales channels and marketing analytics
