Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quotation & RFQ Management:
  • Prepare and manage quotations and RFQs
  • Inquire about product prices and negotiate with suppliers
  • Arrange materials for timely deliveries
  • Oversee invoicing, bill entry, and follow-ups with customers regarding quotes and payments
  • E-commerce Operations:
  • Develop and manage website content and product listings
  • Utilize platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Labs, Sharaf DG, and Carrefour seller portals (preferably)
  • Optimize product visibility and ensure consistent branding across e-commerce channels
  • Digital Marketing & Advertising:
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical & Computer Proficiency:
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficient in design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other relevant tools
  • E-commerce & Website Development: (preferable)
  • Experience with website development platforms (e.g., WooCommerce)
  • Ability to understand website design principles and effective product listing strategies
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: (preferable)
  • Practical experience with various digital advertising campaigns and tools
  • Familiarity with e-commerce sales channels and marketing analytics
