Job Description:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business, maintaining relationships with clients, and identifying sales opportunities. In addition, this role will include activities to promote the company’s services and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will also assist with deliveries and document pickups, ensuring smooth service delivery. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with sales experience and a flexible approach to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Proactively generate new business by identifying leads and reaching out to potential clients through various sales strategies (calls, emails, networking).
2. Present and sell company services to clients, providing solutions that meet their needs.
3. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
5. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
Document Deliveries and Pickups:
1. Regularly handle the delivery and collection of important documents from clients and vendors in the RAK area.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents while maintaining professionalism in all client interactions.
Collaboration and Reporting:
1. Work closely with the internal team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Track and manage sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales/marketing role (preferably in the PRO services industry).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
4. A valid UAE Bike driving license and the ability to perform deliveries within RAK as needed.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Knowledge of the local market, business regulations, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
