Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Oversee the full sales cycle for our client’s lending products, from prospecting to closing, while ensuring customer needs are met throughout the process.
- Foster long term client success by strategically managing accounts across the GCC, identifying opportunities for growth within existing and new customer portfolio.
- Build strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders to ensure our client is seen as a trusted partner in the financial services/banking sector.
- Leverage strong networking skills while enhancing the client experience.
- Drive sales growth through executive relationships from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions/Banks.
- Partner with internal teams such as pre-sales, professional services, product, technology, etc., to deliver seamless and effective solutions to customers.
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of selling experience in enterprise financial services / complex banking software, SaaS, or Fintech areas
- Deep understanding of the financial services industry, strongly preferred on Lending, including Loan Origination, Digital Lending, Consumer/Commercial Lending Solutions, Trade Finance, Capital Markets and Supply Chain Finance
- Proven expertise in managing complex sales processes and driving successful outcomes within the financial services industry
- Demonstrated successful sales figures from hunting and closing new logos for last 5 years in Lending Solutions and/or Trade Finance
- Strong ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients, identifying their needs and offering solutions that aligns with their business goals
- Excellent client-facing and interpersonal skills, with a deep understanding of commercial dynamics.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Arabic strongly preferred
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- A bachelor’s degree preferred
