The role
As Retail Sales Executive, you will be in direct touch with our customers on a daily basis across our stores in the UAE. We don’t sell – we forge relationships. You will get to know our customers’ demands in detail in order to showcase the product(s) that will most closely fit to what they’re looking for. Every person that comes to visit our store is important to you, regardless of whether they’re on a spending spree or just window-shopping.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, answer questions, explain products, terms, and conditions, and build rapport.
- Actively approach customers, show products, enquire about any questions they might have, and convince customers to finalize a purchase.
- Sell products through explaining promotions, special offers, discounts, and other sales tools that the business is utilizing.
- Independently keep track of sales records, coordinate with respective departments, and optimize performance.
As an ideal candidate, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales roles within the UAE in luxury, watches, or jewelry;
- Ideally a relevant academic degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar;
- Ideally relevant certification in sales management from accredited providers;
- Outstanding communication skills in English;
- Outstanding communication skills in Arabic.
