Job Title: Sales Executive – Curtains & Blinds
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing Curtains & Blinds Division. The ideal candidate brings a solid track record in sales within the fit-out, architectural interiors, or home furnishings industries. This role involves direct client interaction, site visits, and coordination with internal teams to deliver tailored window treatment solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. A valid UAE driver’s license is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Develop a strong pipeline of leads through client outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Client Engagement & Site Visits
- Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs, take precise measurements, and recommend ideal curtain and blind solutions.
- Understand functional and aesthetic requirements to propose the most suitable fabric, design, and system options.
Consultative Selling
- Provide expert guidance on window treatment selections, including motorized systems, track options, and fabric types.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and build client trust through solution-oriented selling.
Quotation & Sales Management
- Prepare detailed proposals and pricing, manage negotiations, and follow through to secure project approvals and sales closures.
Project Coordination
- Liaise with internal design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects.
- Monitor order progress, ensure quality standards, and address any on-site issues promptly.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, window treatments, and competitor activity.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions and client preferences.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years of successful sales experience in curtains, blinds, interior fit-out, or related sectors.
- License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of curtain/blind systems, fabrics, and interior design principles.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to present, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
- Professionalism: Presentable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering a high standard of client service.
- Independence: Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with internal teams.
