Job Responsibilities:

  • Quotation Management:
  • Prepare professional quotations accurately and efficiently.
  • Understand client requirements clearly to generate appropriate quotes.
  • Client Communication:
  • Handle incoming client calls courteously and professionally.
  • Answer client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information about services.
  • Quotation Dispatch:
  • Send prepared quotations promptly to clients based on their specific requirements.
  • Follow up systematically to confirm receipt and gather feedback.
  • CRM Management:
  • Regularly update and manage CRM system with accurate lead statuses.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  • Sales & Targets:
  • Close sales proactively, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Report regularly on sales activities and progress towards achieving targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
