Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new business opportunities within clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare groups.
- Promote and sell the company’s range of non-medical supplies including disposables, hygiene products, and F&B support items.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the healthcare division.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote HORECA Blue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical supply industry (preferably in non-medical consumables or support services).
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare procurement process and B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, goal-oriented approach.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
