Duties & Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the recruitment and staffing industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
- Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales & Negotiation:
- Conduct sales presentations and pitch recruitment services to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
