Job Title: Sales Executive – Fit-Out Solutions
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with hands-on experience in the fit-out or acoustic solutions industry. Ideal candidates will have a background in architectural or interior design firms and a strong track record in B2B sales. A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory, as the role involves regular client meetings and site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and acoustic solutions sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver project presentations, and perform product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate closely with technical and design teams to provide customized solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and proposals, and actively follow up to close deals.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product developments to stay ahead.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and submit timely reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven sales experience in fit-out or acoustic products/services within the UAE market.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and nurture client relationships.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings, BOQs, and design specifications is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
