Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – HORECA to lead and expand our sales operations within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food distribution, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the HORECA sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-10 years of sales experience in the HORECA or food distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality sector’s needs and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
  • Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
