We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – HORECA to lead and expand our sales operations within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food distribution, exceptional relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the HORECA sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
- Collaborate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-10 years of sales experience in the HORECA or food distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality sector’s needs and trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
