Key Responsibilities:

Client Identification and Segmentation:

  • Identify and target potential clients across various segments, including banks, developers, owners associations, family groups, and corporations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each segment’s unique needs and tailor strategies accordingly.

Sales Strategy and Pitch Development:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to promote our valuation and building consulting services.
  • Develop customized pitches for different client segments, highlighting the unique benefits and value propositions.
  • Utilize case studies and testimonials to build credibility and demonstrate success.

CRM Management:

  • Record all sales meetings and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Automate follow-ups and updates to ensure efficient lead management and tracking.

Sales System Automation:

  • Implement lead scoring to prioritize high-potential clients.
  • Use automated email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain engagement.
  • Generate regular reports to monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Sponsorship Management:

  • Manage sponsorships with key organizations such as ICAI, Dubai Chambers, and CEO Clubs.
  • Develop attractive sponsorship packages that offer mutual value and enhance brand visibility.

Networking and Event Participation:

  • Attend and network at important industry events to identify potential clients and build relationships.
  • Actively engage in networking opportunities to expand the client base and explore new business opportunities.

Client Communication:

  • Write personalized emails to clients to set up meetings and maintain engagement.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to keep clients interested and move them through the sales funnel.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales officer or sales manager
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
