Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a pipeline of Gas Processing and Acid Gas Treatment & Sulphur Recovery projects in Middle East mainly consistent and as defined in the long-term business plan;
  • Contributing to strengthen customer relationship and to expand beyond well-known players
  • Position Baker Hughes as critical partner for Engineering, Procurement & Fabrication of Gas processing & treatment Solutions
  • Collaborate with Communications to embed CTS NewCo solutions’ portfolio in Baker Hughes value proposition (go-to-market package)
  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify project development and funding in advance
  • Work collaboratively with Baker Hughes Commercial Excellence to formalize new CTS Plants & Integrated Solutions risk & commercial framework in Company tools
  • Contribute and Own opportunities tracking report (SalesForce)
  • Drive Sales & Commercial integration activities and relevant reporting during periodic reviews, newsletter release and Leadership Team committee

  • Number of new opportunities
  • Orders
  • Customer engagement (attendance/visit)
  • New Client portfolio increase
  • Key gas processing events attendance with speaking opportunities
  • Commercial framework implementation (process, procedures and tools)


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Education from an accredited university or college
  • Adequate internal training relevant to the offering portfolio
  • Display the ability to take ownership, execute and shape results in a global-matrix organization
  • Ability to close complex deals/business agreements
  • Display customer intimacy
  • Demonstrate strong written, verbal and presentation skills
